Media 
Every year we get a substantial amount of media requesting to gain entry of our events. We welcome requests in hopes that a review follows afterward. Since not everyone is giving reviews about the events that taken place our acceptance letters will only go to those that are more serious and legitimate. 

Media attending TWC events are allowed to enter strictly for viewing/reporting purposes only. Soliciting is strictly prohibited. Any company or publication representative that solicits will be considered in violation of TWC rules and regulations. If such a violation occurs, the representative's company will not be allowed to attend, in any capacity, future TWC events. TWC reserves the sole right to determine if a violation has occurred and to remove the solicitors and/or their company from the event.

If you wish to attend as media. A published article, aired-radio shout out, or distributed flier on the event stating your attendance must be submitted first for consideration.  Those accepted will have their logos /pictures displayed here.
